Shipping Locations
We offer shipping services to addresses within US. Currently, we only provide FREE shipping to the lower 48 states in the US(Except Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico). And we DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO.

Order Processing Time

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. US addresses can expect to receive our products in about a week.
Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
We'll provide tracking number within 5 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped. The carrier is UPS/FedEx. It may take 3-10 days for your shipment to be scanned by UPS/FedEx. For any third-party shipping, we cannot provide any additional shipping information or documentation. Any delivery dates provided by ismovo are estimates.
Shipping Costs
Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated based on your shipping destination, the weight of the package, and the chosen shipping method. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions for qualifying orders.
Free Shipping: To be eligible for free shipping, free shipping to our order address in the United States (except Alaska, Hawaii and other small islands), and the shipping address must be within the eligible locations.

Change of Address: No charge fee.
Replacements and exchanges: No charge fee.
After shipping
Order Cancellation & Change of Address: If your order is shipped and cannot be modified, you may reject the package and will be charged an average shipping fee of $95 in the United States.
Tracking and Order Status
Order Status Updates: You will receive email notifications at various stages of your order's journey, including when it is confirmed, processed, and shipped. These emails will also contain relevant tracking information.
Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status and location of your package through the carrier's website.

P.O. Box Addresses: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.
